The afternoon will kick off with a silent auction in the downstairs fellowship hall, followed by the main program at 2:30 PM. The program will celebrate the traditions of all Nordic countries, featuring traditional folk costumes and Nordic music. Nortun Lodge members are invited to wear their “bunad” or folk dress and participate in the Folk Dress Parade, offering a wonderful chance to share our Norwegian traditions with our Nordic friends.
After the program, join us for “Fika”—a social gathering with coffee, desserts, and party food in the fellowship hall.
If you’d like to join the Folk Dress (Folkdräkt) Parade, please contact Jane Martin at (218) 390-4952. The parade will take place at the end of the program in the church sanctuary.
